We are hoping to begin the process of easing back into court proceedings in the coming weeks. Judges Bostick, Joiner, and Moore are considering numerous ways to assist in protecting your health and safety when that process begins. No decisions have been made, but one of the options is to use technology as often as possible to reduce face-to-face contact. Toward that end, the judges would like to gather information that may be useful as they consider options available to them. You may have already provided some of this information to the Specialty Court Office, but please provide it again below so that we have all information on one form.

Please continue to call the Call-To-Test drug testing system every day. We anticipate restarting testing, at least on a limited basis, soon, and it’s important that you stay in the habit of calling.
